ADVICE ON CANARY RINGS

In response to a number of enquiries as to which size of closed ring to use on canaries, we give the following advice:

If you wish to ring your canaries with BBC (brown or C.O.M. ID colour coded) closed rings the following sizes will be found suitable for the various breeds.

However, if you are considering exhibiting, consult the specialist breed organisation of your chosen canary variety, as most will have specific regulations for exhibitors of the breed in regard to rings

UNUSED CLOSED RINGS

Please do not return unused rings to the office.

Rings not required for future use should be decommissioned or destroyed by crushing or incineration.
