The 67th COM World
Show will be held in Zwolle, Holland
It will be open to the public from Thursday
10th January at 10.00 hrs to Sunday
13th January 2019.
All birds entered at this show must be closed
rung with COM approved closed coded ring of the actual exhibitor
purchased through their society with COM ring colour
sequence.
The World Show operates on a two-year owner bred
young birds basis; so that only 2017 and 2018 owner bred closed
rung birds can be accepted at the show.
All fanciers who are members of any of the
affiliated societies in either the IOA or NCA through COM-UK
(This includes the British Bird Council) are entitled to exhibit at
this show as long as the birds are closed rung with the exhibitor’s
ID coded ring.
This event attracts a large entry and in 2018 the
entry was 32,061 from 4,002 exhibitors representing 28
countries.
Apart from the large number of birds on display
there are many sales stands for fanciers to buy an array of goods
as well as birds.
The UK entry is taken by experienced conveyors
who transport the U.K. team of birds to and from the
show.
